Skilled Carpenter/Handyman/Salesmen – New York
Dawkins Development Group Inc. is a General Contracting and Real Estate Development firm located in Westchester, NY specializing in custom home building and remodeling commercial and residential. We have been established for 18 years and are currently looking for good fit candidates to expand our team. We are seeking good fit candidates for full time, permanent positions that are willing to work throughout the Tri-State area (NYC, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Westchester).
Candidates should possess the following attributes:
- Minimum 10 verifiable years in building and remodeling homes.
- Experience in all phases of home improvement with exceptional skill in framing, roofing, built-ins, trim work, Tile, Drywall, additions, flooring, painting, Kitchen and Bath remodeling etc.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Dependable transportation
- Basic hand tools to preform work as needed for the trade.
- Clean, well-groomed
- Willing to undergo a drug test and background check
- Willingness to work hard and drive a project along.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently & systematically move through a remodeling project.
- Desire to make the investment to develop a long term position for themselves.
- OSHA Safety a plus.
